Jingle in July
Lots of people are thinking about bathing suits and poolside parties – it’s summer, after all! But at the Arthritis Foundation and SMOC, we’re thinking about the Jingle Bell Run/Walk, a fun holiday, family friendly event that features a 5k and a 1k fun run for kids! Held on Saturday, December 2nd, the Jingle Bell Run/Walk also includes costume contests and plenty of festivities – all to raise funds for arthritis research, advocacy efforts and resources.
At each of our three SMOC offices (North Suffolk, Suffolk, and Chesapeake), we will be fundraising for the 2017 Jingle Bell Run by raffling off seasonal gift baskets!
Each month between July and November, the gift basket will be a different theme. Buy a raffle ticket in one of our offices today, and show your support of the Arthritis Foundation and Jingle Bell Run.

You and your friends and family may have an opportunity to take advantage of an “early bird special!” Contact your company about matching gifts, and plan a kick-off party, a bake sale, or casual Fridays at your office to raise money for a corporate team. There are so many great ways to bring people together for a common cause!
